I am all dressed to go to the gym, but I'm glued in my seat watching the Opening Ceremony of the XV Pan American Games in Rio de Janeiro. I am impressed by the spectacle and beauty showed in the Maracanã stadium with the theme Viva Essa Energia (Share the Energy).

I hope we can also succeed in the medals competition ;-).

YAY, Brazil 1 X 0 Croatia!!! Go Kaka!!! I watched the game at my job in a big screen they put to the employees. Thought I would have a faint during the game, cos I got so nervous. It wasn't an excellent game, but we won!!! *bounces crazily*

Now Brazil are going to face Australia next Sunday :))))).
